Store Policy: Refunds


Our client's complete product satisfaction is very important, therefore, we accept all returns on unworn jewelry (for health & sanitary reasons). If jewelry is defective and has been worn, a full refund will be offered. We ask that you contact us prior to returning / shipping items , so that we may issue a Return Confirmation Number (RCN) to issue a refund. Return shipping costs will only be refunded in the event of a product being defective.

We choose quality materials but there are rare incidences when materials are faulty, ( it may not be apparent until jewelry is worn). Clasps break from wear, silver / gold plating becomes marred from constant rubbing, glass may crack, wire gets cut from sharp objects and many metals tarnish naturally, (develop a patina over time). We advise not to expose any jewelry to direct contact with perfume, detergents, creams, bleach / chemicals and keep them stored in a non-tarnishing zip bag).
